SILI Marketing Inquiry Privacy

This page explains how the SILI marketing website handles contact information you choose to share when requesting a demonstration.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

What do we collect?

When you request a demo, we collect your name, organization, contact method, site type, gate count and operational challenge. We also record the language, time received, and consent to contact you. We do not ask for identity documents or visitor records.

Why do we use it?

We use this information to review your inquiry, discuss a product demonstration or site requirements, and follow up about your request. An inquiry does not automatically become a qualified sales opportunity without human review.

Where is it stored?

When direct form submission is enabled, details are sent to the SILI Inbound Leads sales follow-up database in Notion. Choosing WhatsApp opens a draft that you decide whether to send. Opening the draft alone does not send a request to us.

Other services and analytics

WhatsApp may process data when you choose that channel. If analytics are enabled, we measure general events such as opening the demo and submitting an inquiry. Names, phone numbers and form contents are not included in these analytics events.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records are reviewed as part of sales follow-up; the website currently has no fixed-duration automatic deletion enabled. You can request correction or deletion of your contact information using the channel below, and the request will be reviewed by the record owner.

How can you reach us?

You can reach the SILI team through WhatsApp regarding your inquiry or contact-data privacy. Do not submit identity documents or visitor details through the sales form.
